Why isn’t the scan information showing up?
Occasionally interruptions in the wireless network can cause scans to be delayed in showing up on the ETA screen. In these cases, 4SameDay will work to notify the customer of what is occuring, and give them an estimate of when the scans will arrive. If scans for your account aren’t showing up, and we have not notified you of a system issue, please contact us.
